norm macon: usaf loadmaster

This month's Featured Veteran is our former Commander Norm Macon.  Norm is well known for his commitment to the retired community.  He has served as President of the Beagles, DAV, and VVA, 1st Vice of the American Legion, and has held high positions with the Masons.  Sgt Macon has served as Loadmaster of C-47, C-119, C-130, C-123, and C-54 aircraft worldwide, and is a highly decorated combat aircrewmember, having served in the  Dominican Republic and Vietnam wars.  His awards include the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, 5 Air Medals, the Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Vietnam Gallantry Cross.  We are proud to recognize Commander Norman Macon as our Featured Veteran for this month.
